I am a Registered Dietitian, International Board Certified Lactation Consultant and Certified Marquette Method Professional. I am passionate about utilizing natural methods including herbs, supplements, nutrition and lifestyle changes in my practice.

I believe every client is unique and I love working with women through their fertility stages from pre-pregnancy, postpartum and perimenopause.

My interest in FAM began over 25 years ago when I became concerned about my fertility after a medical emergency. In hopes to understand my fertility, I enrolled in a Natural Family Planning class through Northwest Family Services. Learning how to identify exactly when I ovulated was extremely reassuring and I desired to empower other women with this knowledge.

Years later, I became an instructor in The Marquette Method through Marquette University. I desire to help you achieve your personal fertility goals whether you desire to avoid or achieve a pregnancy or if you have a medical condition and desire to improve your menstrual cycle.
